Drivers Age 21 to 99 Years Young drivers surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local currency at the rental desk. Drivers License A full license held for minimum of 2 year with no major endorsements. UK licenses holders need to present the photocard and the paper counterpart. If your license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese) you need to bring an International Driver license and your domestic license. If you’re renting abroad (outside the EU) International drivers license is usually required regardless of the alphabet. International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. If you purchase the Excess Cover Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit. They are paid in the local currency at the rental desk. Breakdown Assistance Includes 18% Tax Fees Airport Fee: Includes 18% Tax Fuel Policy Pick up empty, return empty. Your vehicle will not be supplied with fuel, which means you will not have to pay for the fuel at the desk and can fill the tank at the local petrol prices. The vehicle can be returned with no fuel. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details. Mileage Policy Unlimited Cross Border Travel All cross-border travel disallowed Tax Rate 18% Included in the rental price. Credit card ACCEPTED: MasterCard, Visa Credit card(s) must be in the name of the main driver. NOT ACCEPTED: Pre-paid credit cards, Laser, Maestro, debit, or Switch cards Make sure you have enough limit to cover the excess. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
Form(s) of ID A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID). Another form of identification is required. Car Types The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Voucher A printed version of your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present the voucher means the car rental agent may charge you at the local rates. Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed. Conditions of Optional Extras Please note the price of optional extras is subject to change without notice.The optional extras are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking confirmation date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pick up time, all funds except a cancellation fee of EUR 25.00 and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pick up time, we will retain 3 days rental and the card processing fee (where applicable). No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher.
